PAYMENT METHODS
The user can pay the price of the tickets purchased as follows:

PURCHASE PROCESS

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you want to cancel the reservation of a guided service, you will be entitled to a full refund if you request it more than 48 hours in advance in relation to the date of the performance of the service. The amount paid shall be refunded in the same way as it was paid.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are not entitled to any refund.
If you do not show up at the place and time indicated in the booking confirmation and provided that you have not been given sufficient notice of a possible arrival delay on the same day and time slot, you are not entitled to any refund.
Weather conditions. Tours and visits are carried out in the sun or rain, not bad weather being a valid reason to cancel the service.
